Our mobile app development history for Android and iOS dates back to 2015, when we created our first mobile application for a transport operator. Since then, we have been continuously improving and creating products aimed at making public transportation more convenient for passengers.

A transport application is primarily about passenger convenience when paying fares using transport cards. Within the personal profile functionality, users can top up their transport cards, save card data for all family members, view top-up history, track their travel history, and stay informed about the latest news. Important information is always available - even offline. Users can browse key informational sections, locate service points on the map, and access a FAQ section.

Topping up transport cards has become even easier thanks to the ability to use payment cards of any bank without additional fees, as well as the Faster Payments System. For Android devices with an NFC controller, instant top-up recording onto the transport card via NFC is available. The app also supports tariff changes and selection of the most cost-effective fare plan.

Apple smartphone users can also easily top up their transport cards through the app by entering the card number or scanning the QR code printed on it. A distinctive feature of our application is the unique service for issuing virtual transport cards. Virtual cards allow users to instantly top up their cards and always see an up-to-date balance. All types of fare products can be used with virtual cards, including transfer fares.

To date, our mobile applications based on the Siticard platform successfully operate in the Vladimir, Kaluga, Kirov, Ryazan, Samara, Sverdlovsk, and Omsk regions, as well as in the Chuvash and Udmurt Republics. Over 14,000 virtual transport cards have already been issued.
