More than 400 employees work at NovaCard’s production facilities. The company strictly fulfills all obligations under its employment contracts and places strong emphasis on workplace safety, employee motivation, and opportunities for professional development.

NovaCard’s primary products are plastic cards manufactured from durable materials that ensure a long service life, even under intensive use. The company follows the global trend of reducing plastic consumption while maintaining the high quality of cards that do not require frequent replacement. Plastic waste generated during production is strictly disposed of through certified waste-management companies, and responsibility for the disposal of cards after replacement lies with partner banks.
